03 / Living / dining
No window bar. The 2000 x 900 mm dining table is restored to its earlier position, with three chairs on each long side. Existing living windows have low sills, charcoal aluminium profiles, top vents, middle casements and fixed lower panes.
04 / Moving closer to the study
The original room footprint is retained. The model uses the restored dining layout and photo-referenced window details, with the bronze study partition.
05 / Study / lounge
Compact 1600 x 850 mm armless seating in blue and apricot, with a smaller rug and the freestanding bookcase retained. The study window follows the photographed original Bedroom 02 pattern; unmeasured dimensions remain provisional.

06 / Study desk
The 1400 x 800 mm desk is centred on its existing right wall, with approximately 662 mm at either end. The overhead shelf stays removed; the freestanding bookcase remains.

07 / Bath 2 / common bathroom
Warm wood-look tiles wrap the shower walls and floor, paired with cream wall and floor tiles outside the enclosure. A floating timber vanity with a white undermount basin sits against a light terrazzo feature wall. The rounded brass-framed mirror, wall-mounted tap, warm wall light and brass shower fittings complete the design.
Your supplied design is the current finish reference for this bathroom. The existing V40 model and dimensioned plans have not been revised to this design.

Zone 2: Resting
09 / Master bedroom
The L-shaped bay is reconstructed from the original study photographs: four long-side bays and one return, with charcoal-grey frames and the photographed opening pattern. Frame sill 505 mm, glass begins about 540 mm, and head 2250 mm; the long-side frame width is 2370 mm.
10 / Master bathroom / vanity
Pale oak upper walls, oak mirror-cabinet surround and fine fluted vanity fronts. The green tile backsplash continues behind the basin, with a warm under-mirror wash. Model vanity and mirror width: 737 mm.

11 / Master bathroom / shower
Oak door and oak-look left shower wall, with green rear and right shower tiles and existing brass fittings. The model retains the shower footprint, opening and drain positions.

12 / Spare bedroom
The original master room is now the spare bedroom. The measured window is 1720 mm wide, with a 505 mm frame sill and 2250 mm head; four casement bays follow the photographs.

Download the scaled A3 sheets or open the full-resolution dimensioned image. Print at 100% for 1:50 on the 2D sheet. Room/furniture figures are in millimetres and refer to model-derived main clear envelopes; site verification is still required.
Your existing windows
Based on the 8 August site survey photographs: charcoal-grey aluminium profiles, a top-hung vent row, side-hung middle casements, fixed lower glazing, black lever handles and restrictor stays. The master keeps its L-shaped bay. Original survey room names are mapped to the revised room uses.
Measured: master long bay 2370 mm; master/spare frame sills 505 mm and heads 2250 mm; spare width 1720 mm; living sill 252 mm. Living width/head, the study opening and master return still contain provisional dimensions. Pane proportions and profile details are photo-derived, not fabrication measurements.
Smart Home
The previously reviewed smart-home provisions are retained. The drawings now use the V40 architectural underlay; device symbols and cable routes remain provisional and unchanged. Recheck furniture-height devices against the centred desk and final joinery before installation.
Proposed coordination only: final positions, bathroom suitability, cable routes and usable ceiling depth need site verification. No ceiling microphones. Installer handover notes.
